COMMISSION INFO

     Commissions are currently open! Before ordering one, however, please ensure that you read and agree to the following terms of service.

     1) NSFW/18+ commissions of a sexual nature will not be accepted. Gore and body horror are perfectly acceptable, however!

     2) Under no circumstances may you sell/redistribute the commission you've purchased after completion - you may, however, use it for any purpose that does not prompt financial gain (credit being given is appreciated).

          2) a. The previous stipulation does not apply in cases of commissioned designs for the purpose of reselling (i.e. custom apparel designs). If you intend your commission to be resold, the prices in the following section no longer apply, and compensation must be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

     3) You may not claim your commission to be of your own creation, If it is intended to be reposted online or used promotionally, credit must be given.

     4) If you are commissioning an original character, adequate visual reference must be provided. I will not draw any character for whom there is no existing reference photo (even an online character maker would suffice).

     5) Furry/anthro commissions will not be accepted. Animals, however, are perfectly acceptable.

     6) Once details such as pose, character, and background have been negotiated and confirmed, these terms cannot be changed without additional payment. Small revisions can be requested free of charge during the sketching phase, but once I confirm the main components of the commission with you, major edits will not be made for free.

          6) a. If you have purchased the character design package, one major revision is included in that price, bypassing the previous stipulation. Any additional revisions will be subject to an increased price, however, as mentioned above.

          6) b. Any changes that require me to revise/redo the piece altogether (or nearly so) will be subject to a charge equal to that of a commission of that completion level. For example, if the major revision is requested at the sketch stage, you will be charged for two sketch commissions; conversely, if it is requested at the full-colour stage, you will be charged for two full-colour commissions.

     7) Half of the commission price is to be sent upon confirmation, while the other half is to be sent upon completion.

     8) If you are ordering multiple commissions at once, please state the order in which they should be completed. Payment can be sent for the entire purchase or for each individual commission; that is up to the buyer's preference.

     9) Payment is accepted via either PayPal or eTransfer. If you prefer to pay with PayPal, the transaction fee will be added to your bill. 

     10) All payment must be in USD.

     11) The commission timeline will be discussed when it is ordered. No single commission will take longer than a month (30 days) unless otherwise specified initially, but multiple commissions may take significantly longer. If your commission is urgent or time-sensitive, please state this in the first email/message.

     12) I reserve the right to decline any commission at my discretion. If this is met with hostility, you will be blocked from the platform on which we are communicating, and future commissions will be indefinitely denied.

     13) Please order any commissions via my email (duchesscelestia@gmail.com). Doing so through my social media may not prompt a timely response, and may be missed altogether. Discussion of commission details may be done through Google Hangouts or text, once the commission order has been received.

     14) If requested, a printed version of your commission (glossy/matte cardstock) can be sent to your address for an additional $5.

     15) Your commission may be displayed on my online and physical portfolios, but will not be redistributed or sold.
